  • How do I order a real estate photo shoot?

    Click on BOOK NOW located throughout the website.

  • How do I book a commercial, product or lifestyle photo shoot?

    Commercial photo shoots & Product photo shoots need to be discussed to go over the scope of the project and a consultation can be scheduled by phone or email.

    Lifestyle photo shoots can simply be scheduled by phone or email.


  • How long does it take to get my photos back?

    Real Estate listing photos will be delivered to you the following day (typically in the morning)

    Commercial, Products and Lifestyle photo editing times will be discussed at the time of booking. Depending how quickly you need them back; sometimes they can be returned as quickly as 24 hours.

  • How are photos & videos delivered?

    Real Estate Photos are delivered via our internal portal.  An email is sent you from realtour.biz with download links to your completed images.

    Commercial & product products can be delivered via dropbox, google drive or zipped and emailed.

    Lifestlye products will be delivered via our Zenfolio account with links and passwords to protect your images.

  • What are your business hours?

    Someone is usually available by phone or email most anytime of the day.  Shooting hours from March - November are 9am-6pm.  Shooting hours from December - February are from 9am-4pm.
